Great next step after play yards
My kids love their cots. My 2 kids (3 and 4) each have one and they both love them and use them almost every weekend at our cabin. The cot itself is sturdy and easy to fold up and store. When my youngest was potty training, she had an accident and I took the cot outside, scrubbed the cot with dish soap and water, sprayed it off and let it dry and had zero issues. It cleaned up great and is like new. The sleeping bag is lightweight so when it is cold we add an additional blanket inside the sleeping bag to help keep them warm. I can’t speak to comfort personally but in the winter when we aren’t going to the cabin, the girls like to have “slumber parties” on the weekends and prefer sleeping on the cots vs. sleeping on the couch. The “pillow” that is built into the sleeping bags is a joke so we have gotten a couple of small pillows that compress enough to get rolled up with the cot so they always have them. We like them so much that we bought one for my 1 yr old niece as well.
